What are the dates?

The retreat will be running from the 5th – 8th October 2020.

Where is it?

The retreat is located around 15 km from the coast, and 15 minute drive from the ancient ‘white city’ of Ostuni in the Brindisi province of Puglia, Italy.

What language will the event be in?

All sessions will be held in English. No translation services are provided.

Am I able to cancel my booking?

If you are unable to attend Tavola, tickets are transferable but they are not refundable. You will be responsible for finding a replacement and make arrangements to sell your ticket.

In the unlikely event the retreat is cancelled, a full refund will be provided to guests.

Will food be provided?

On the first night, we will host a welcome BBQ included in your ticket price. Breakfast will also be provided each morning of your stay. The rest of the retreat will operate on a self catering basis. The villa has two state of the art kitchens and an outdoor grill, giving you flexibility on what you cook for lunch and dinner.

We will be sending over a form to fill in at a later date to account for any dietary requirements or food allergies so we can can cater for this.

Which are the closest airports?

Brindisi airport is approximately a 45 minute drive from the villa. Also, Bari airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

How do I book?

We require a £250 booking fee to secure your place. The remaining amount will be due 6 weeks prior to the event.

If you are unable to attend after paying your deposit, unfortunately a refund is unable to be provided.

How will you be dealing with Covid?

We want you to relax during your stay at the villa, so we will be taking all of the pre cautionary measures to ensure this is the case. We will be monitoring the health & safety guidelines closely for this.

As it stands right now, we will be adhering to social distancing, deep cleaning the villa prior to arrival and disinfecting all communal areas regularly.

Masks are advised to be worn, but will not be provided.
